POSITION: Media Consultant, Broadcast & Digital Sales – Oxnard & Ventura, CA

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Are you a self-starter with a knack for driving sales and building lasting relationships? Point Broadcasting is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic sales professional to cultivate new business partnerships in Oxnard and Ventura, California.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Master our broadcast and digital products with our comprehensive training sessions.

• Foster enduring connections with clients, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.
• Craft compelling and customized proposals that showcase the unique value of our offerings.
• Utilize your savvy negotiation skills to secure favorable rates and prompt payments.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, staying ahead of the competition at all times.
• Harness the power of our CRM software to streamline your workflow and maximize efficiency.
• Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitors, uncovering new avenues for growth.
• Uphold our commitment to excellence by meeting deadlines and delivering top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments to drive collective success.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in selling or buying media.

COMPENSATION

• Starting salary $45k – $65k + commission (eligible after meeting specific billing requirements).
• Unlimited earning potential.
• Commission payable upon collections.
